1. Projects/Properties Selection & Acquisition

Selected and acquired lithium mining properties in Chile with a focus on resource quality, and infrastructure proximity—including access to roads, power, and water—is crucial to reduce operational costs. Specifically targeting areas with high lithium concentration in brines and low magnesium-to-lithium ratios for easier processing. Key regions, like the Atacama Salar, offer high-grade deposits with favorable extraction conditions.


2. Government Alignment & Communities

Communities, environmental and regulatory compliance was evaluated, and dealt with at a regional and aboriginal level as well, ensuring alignment with local regulations and minimal environmental impact, while also maintaining positive community relations for long-term project viability.

1. Exploration and Core Development

- Initiated Mining Exploration: We began our journey with a focus on exploration projects in Chile, leveraging the country's stability and wealth of strategic minerals.

- Launched Key Projects:
  - La Isla, Pajonales, Pedernales, Mariposas, and Aroma became the cornerstone of our lithium exploration efforts.

- Uranium and Rare Earth Exploration: These projects laid the groundwork for a diversified portfolio, ensuring we explored not just lithium but other essential minerals for future technologies.


2. Strategic Partnerships & Research Institute

- Summit Nanotech Partnership: We partnered with Summit Nanotech to integrate cutting-edge Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) technology, ensuring clean, efficient, and sustainable lithium production.

- Research and Development Investments: We focused on developing the grounds of the research institute CIEL Taltal, to foster innovation and elevate technical knowledge around lithium extraction.


3. Industry Gatherings/Forums/Events

Industry Invitational: Organized international industry events, such as the Industry Invitational, designed to bring together leaders in the lithium and energy sectors. These events provide a platform for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and promoting advancements in lithium and electromobility technologies.

1. Local Communities & Added Value: Signing of Local Agreement for Lithium Production Plant & New Urban Area Dev.

- The agreement signed with Taltal establishes a collaborative framework aimed at promoting sustainable development in the region, primarily through the creation of a Research and Development Institute dedicated to lithium and strategic minerals. This partnership underscores a shared commitment to foster innovation, education, and job creation in the mining and energy sectors, ensuring that the local community benefits from both economic growth and environmental stewardship.

By focusing on education, technical training, and research, the agreement positions Taltal as a pivotal hub in advancing lithium extraction technologies, particularly Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE), and contributing to Chile's leadership in the global energy transition. It also points out the cooperation in the building of a lithium production plant by Lithium Sciences, that uses DLE, and takes the lithium out of a nearby project of the company.


2. Initiation of exploration programs, starting at the La Isla Project

- Successfully elaborated with great results the first and second stage of our exploration program at La Isla, Finding what was expected because of the geology of the area.


3. Promoting the Lithium Industry:

- Global Outreach: Promoted our educational programs to expand knowledge within the lithium industry and foster expertise in emerging markets worldwide, targeting professionals across sectors.

1. Scaling Lithium Projects Exploration

- Field testing of DLE Technology: Integrating DLE to test at scale processes across projects, starting at La Isla and Mariposas Projects.

- Finishing The Complete Exploration Program & PFS: to get the information needed to build the PFS study.

2. Expanding Apollo Energy

- Foundation of Apollo Energy: We established Apollo Energy as a strategic branch of Lithium Sciences, focusing on revolutionizing energy supply infrastructure.

- Electromobility Infrastructure:
  - Development of Charging Stations: Spearheading the creation of a global network of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations across the US, Canada, and Europe, using our lithium-based energy storage technology.

  - Battery Technology Investments: Investing in the development of lithium-ion batteries to power the next generation of electric vehicles.

- Collaborations with Global Leaders: Forming partnerships with key players in the EV and energy sectors such as Tesla, Equinor, and ABB to accelerate the adoption of clean energy solutions.

3. Expanding Global Presence

- Strategic International Expansion: Initiating market entry into new regions with a focus on energy and mobility partnerships, starting with:
  - US and Canada: Expansion of charging infrastructure and battery storage capabilities.
  - Europe: Collaborating with governments and private entities to facilitate the energy transition and establish lithium as a cornerstone of European clean energy strategies.

Continue Growth into Production

1. PFS: Scaling to Lithium Production

- Build a complete PFS: we integrate first, a detailed geological assessment, utilizing comprehensive drilling, sampling, and 3D resource modeling to accurately define lithium reserves and concentrations, including brine chemistry and lithium grades. This requires a JORC-compliant resource estimation. Next, metallurgical testwork with (DLE), and to evaluate lithium recovery rates, impurities, and cost-effective processing flows.

Outline of the production rate, mine life, and process design, including flow sheets for the extraction and processing stages. Additionally, an infrastructure analysis covering logistics, energy and water supply, and proximity to export routes. A comprehensive environmental impact assessment (EIA), along with social impact studies. Complemented by the financial evaluation, including capital and operating costs, revenue forecasts, and NPV (Net Present Value) and IRR (Internal Rate of Return) sensitivity analyses, to determine economic feasibility.

​This holistic approach will ensure that the PFS forms a robust basis for advancing Lithium Sciences' projects toward production.

- Application of DLE Technology: Scaling the integration of DLE to optimize our lithium extraction processes across projects, while minimizing environmental impact.

- Moving Towards Full-Scale Production: Shifting from exploration to actual production in projects such as La Isla and Mariposas, allowing us to supply global demand more efficiently.
